Random things that come to mind when a company attempts to silence truthful critics with a lawsuit. "Wah! Wah! Wah! If you won't play by my rules, I'll take my game and go home." "Tomtittattletale; gonna get yer tongue split!" "I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!" I'm sure that there's many more appropriate malquotes (new word) available from children's literature, which is the literary genre that best matches the juvenile actions of businesses like this... EK!!!

The last company to put out a similar PR was EIGH. EIGH was halted by the SEC. Coincidence? Uh, no. If I ever kept statistics, my guess would be 90% of companies that threaten message board posters with litigation (pretty much all of which are documented on this board) get shut down by the SEC. You'd think they'd have learned by now. 'Fraid not. Countdown to shutdown starts now... - Jeff
