Ali - you missed the point again (god I'm getting tired of typing this). Here's the quote he was responding to:

The point was about ISP's. They are not intended for users to design
programs.

Haven't you read what I said, this 'bug' hits Linux/FreeBSD
(ah Solaris on Intel as well as SCO) hard. Go back and check
again.
