Ginsberg, being of the liberal Justices has said something to the affect that the use of the Commerce Clause has been used inappropriately in the past. This was before this issue was near the court. It will be interesting how she rules.

The plaintiff must prove to the liberal justices that the commerce clause will prove debilitating and harmful for Blacks, illegal aliens, convicted felons, criminals, gays, lesbians, Muslims, child molesters, and drug addicts. If the plaintiff can provide evidence of such an assertion, the liberal justices will vote against the use of the commerce clause. Otherwise, no way! -ng-
