Bobby, OFF TOPIC last time I talked to these folks they were asking ME for info on Japanese deregulation! And they are right there! Their news media must be as regulated as their economy as they said they had difficulty getting good information. From what I dug up so far it looks like the deregualtion is coming soon and will have short term(?) bad effect on their stock market. The recent sell off on Nikkei was related to rumors of a stock sell off by one of their banks which in turn is related to deregulation. No guarantee on a response, they may have jumped off a roof by now<g> Roebear
