Entitle, Endeavour Int'l (END) -- END has significant US NOL's already, without the help of changes in the tax law, but rather as a result of their internal capital structure (i.e. substantial interest expense incurred in US with no flow-through to UK), plus other reasons not worth going through at this point. If they are planning on ever selling any of their US properties, then these rules may then help END's cause since END would likely trigger a big tax gain on the sale of any of their US properties, and would thus be looking to have all the NOL carryforward it can get at that point.

Great to see the stock make a new 1-yr. high today and its now within about a quarter point of making a 2-yr. high. Not sure what is prompting this, but my hunch is that they may be close to reaching agreement with Nexen on a mutually agreeable level of compensation for utilizing Nexen's Scott platform for the Rochelle and West Rochelle projects. With this latest discovery at West Rochelle, it would seem to now be clearly in Nexen's best interest to get these projects going posthaste, since they are large enough to matter even to a company of their size (whereas before, with just Rochelle in the picture, that might not have been so).
