'I haven't heard him speak very often, but I saw an interview with him on CNN and I was impressed. He's definitely a Republican, but he seems more practical and less inclined to stupid, inflammatory comments or viewpoints that you'd get from the Palin-Bachman-Limbaugh-Beck axis of idiots.'

Of course you won't here Marco speak on the English speaking stations that much... I wouldn't trust anyone from Miami and their myopic views of this country to represent my interests as a US citizen and Floridian nor expect Marco to be fiscally conservative and balance the books when he can't even do it in his personal life.. The Cuban community in Miami certainly got so many more perks and privileges than any immigrant group in the history of this country. I feel so sorry for the Haitians who get the shaft for decades down there. You just have to go there and spend some time in his district I guess. A totally different dynamic than Palin's or Bachman's world no doubt..diversity is a good thing only Miami ain't too diverse<ng> One think that impressed me so much of Obama was his wide range of life experiences you get from education, travel and living in different places ..we need more of that in our leaders IMHO...
