But I do believe that the lesson is clear: When you hire someone with the plan for on-the-job training, don't expect too much early on.

You really need to be more precise in communicating....the man has done more in two years than most presidents do in two terms...what you probably mean to say is that he has not done anything that aligns itself with your views...
