Re: The deafening silence speaks volumes. Perhaps no one wanted to feed the troll. AMD never for a moment planned to come out with BullDozer as their schedules promised. There never really were any slips because the schedule was a sham. Maybe, maybe not. Delays or cancellations shouldn't be much of a surprise given the history of other AMD products like Sledgehammer/Clawhammer, Swift, etc. I wonder what point Intel knew the Larrabee, Tukwila, and Tejas schedules were a sham and how long the public was kept in the dark about the (lack of) progress on these projects.
