Nice list which should give a very nice yield.

My plan is also to add just dividend growers in the new year. Best laid plans can get changed though. This year stock offerings allowed some great prices on stocks such as EGAS and CPLP. I need to be better prepared with something I am willing to cut loose when the opportunity arises.

EKS, do you get a reinvestment discount, like is given on PNY and HCN when you reinvest the dividends?
