Bob, I received a reply from Keith of KJM Capital. The apparent negative comments by Jay Taylor were not directed at CHIP. Jay is still actively working with CHIP. The paperwork for the Griffin spin-off may be filed as early as next week. There are also a number of major announcements coming according to Keith which he couldn't discuss. (I think I have heard that one before?) However, the market "knows". Anybody with TA tools should look at accumulation/distribution to see the very strong accumulation. People in the know are picking this stock up cheap IMO.
