Yeah I know the Bought and Paid for term is always vacuous.. HOWEVER.. 200$ oil ? USD right ? What if say RMB continues to appreciate.. China domestic market improves (exports less important) ... China is trying to handle this.. say India domestic market holds on.. if USD wins race to bottom and some big countries yawn.. USD 200$ oil is moot.. and there is always Brazil... Maybe Ferguson is right.. the teetering can go on for a long time and much seems OK... but once the plunge begins.. well it is quick...

essentially 200$ oil is a problem if all fiats continue to slam on the brakes (depreciate) .. (pun intended)

I'm glad you mentioned the sailing ships first.. :O)

reading this may make you wonder why incorporating NG as a fuel is such a challenge with EF injectors.. en.wikipedia.org where the main benefit appears to be a proper fuel delivery over different speeds and power requirements.. doesn't appear to be a huge challenge to a good engineering but I dunno...

Maybe an engineer can chime in... I do know that in the plain old carburetor days.. it was not a big deal...
