>The tipping point argument is a standard AGW tactic.

It's not a "tactic", it's a fact. Get over it. The earth revolves around the sun, that's another fact. You don't accept that also? Facts are facts. Grow up.

>The manmade contribution is an insignificant portion of a trace atmospheric gas that is essential to life on this planet.

Not true at all, the Gigatonnes of CO2 dumped into the atmosphere are tipping the balance point. Earth is a CLOSED system. It's a tactic of the denialists to claim that it's not a closed system and it's OK to dump unlimited amounts of whatever pollutant we choose into the atmosphere. Not true at all.

>Not that a little extra CO2 is a bad thing. And not to mention a little global warming ain't so bad either.

Not true at all - either point. The consequences are catastrophic and we'll pay for them dearly. Not you and I, but our children and our children's children. It's our responsibility to leave them an inhabitable planet. They'll look upon us with disgust. You obvisously don't care, since you've not taken time to study the issue and understand it. It's obvious from your deeply ignorant position.
