Sounds like a good Documentary. The Koran, like the Bible, is interpreted that the most recent writings override the earlier. so the Medina writing are what counts. The "Sword verses" are important. Unlike Christianity, with the Pope, there has never been one single source for what is right and wrong. It is more like the Jewish situation. Lots of Mullahs saying lots of things.

The key point is that it is a political system first and a religion second.

mo ham ed could neither read nor write and as I recall the so called holy koran was not written until many years after his death...so those that wished to control others could put whatever they wished into their book.
