COMS isnt a better value. Got downgraded today. They were cought stuffing the channels with inventory and claiming it as earnings.

joshi, I think this intrepretation isn't quite accurate. Yes they may have taken some aggressive accounting positions in dealing with the merger, but from my understanding, they didn't set out to stuff the channel and decieve, as you suggest. They are owning up to it and are reconciling the differences between they way they account for inventory and the way USRX did. Whatever they did, isn't going to affect what they sell going forward. Forward is the greater determinant of stock price. (Technically, COMS wasn't downgraded today, just their earnings estimates.)

Personally I think ASND and COMS represent good value and are oversold.

Jon, Just look at P.E. 's. ASND has been devalued much more than FORE has at current prices and ASND is 2.5 times bigger. FORE has 1/2 the amount of shares!
