Generally the more production is pushed to the third world by restrictions on drilling here, the more environmental damage you will get from the drilling.

They are maxing out exploitation of Nigeria... bans in the Gulf are not pushing production to Nigeria. The whole argument is ludicrous and really, really stretching to make a political point. Why isn't production moving to the north sea where it's safer and benefiting the earth?

Jeez...
