The murder of the Federal Judge is cover by Federal Criminal Statutes. So what does that mean? Separate trials? Separate venues for the other victims? Years of delay? Millions of taxpayer dollars spent in prosecution and defense? Endless appeals due to the stupid blathering "opinions" of partisan nitwits like Sheriff Dopenik? I've never been keen on capital punishment, but what this case calls for is some quick frontier justice and a rope over the nearest tree (or saguaro cactus).
