Diplomatic protocol is there for a reason, and the Obama WH obviously never understood its form or substance. The royal family does, and it's payback time.

Well let's see. I believe the Brits gave a lot of blood in defending France during WWII.

And, I wonder, was France's decision to require the U.S to fly around its country on the way to Libya helpful or a hindrance?

And then, there was France's relationship Hussein before, during and after the Gulf War.

Probably not our greatest ally....
