Regarding 1 million shares in private placement. I don't understand why they can't get a loan against the warrants. This is permanent dilution for 6 million bucks. JDN, you're the accountant. Why this?

Clayleas I simply clicked wrong button as I was running out to meet my friend David Ensor. Diplomatic Correspondent for ABC news front of the UN live on 6:30 , as I live around the corner. He and his brother Paul. who now works for UBS in Hong Kong are close frinds. We go way back to our Asia days where we used to party and paint the town. In fact Paul is still married to his wife whom we both met at a disco in Seoul, many years ago....
Can you imagine seeing a friend on tv and running down the corner to meet him after 8 years ?
LOL but he was always in Bosnia, Somalia, Russia .....

As for todays price drop it had nothing to do with the news. Its not a news but its a rumour that was around, which I confirmed today and co has not done the deal and they will announce it only after the fact if it happens.

If you want to see some drop in prices go see WDC and COMS, now there is a buying opportunity if I ever saw one.

Dear Clayleas: Oh sh*t. There goes the stock price. Y2K companies are INFAMOUS for these secondary offerings and in EVERY case stock price has dropped TREMENDOUSLY afterwards and takes a long time to recover. Thats it for me, I will hold back buying anymore stock until it reaches its new low. JDN

--Does a private placement mean that their might be some restrictions on the sale of the stock in the open market for a certain period of time? And would it be a good idea for Topro to again lower the exercise price of the warrants to bring in some cash? Jan
