Dell is a no-tech company. Its true value has nothing different from your neighbourhood pa-and-mom computer stores in assembling quality components for their customers. If your neighhood computer store has $120,000 bookvalue, would you pay $240,000 for it or even $125,000 if you consider their fast depreciating inventory?

For the stock with $5.11 bookvalue and no technology, low 10s is more reasonable.
