Vanni, Your earlier post calling for truth, justice, and the North American way touched me deeply. Particularly your comment that "money" was not the issue, but "truth" and "justice" for the sake of it. I'm all for it. You're a true patriot. But, Milberg can only help you if you have suffered a substantial monetary loss. If your desire is just to teach Dr. "C" a lesson, as you so eloquently stated, then you should contact the Securities Commission in Ottawa and the SEC in Washington. They will be happy to "field" your complaint, and I will be happy to assist you in any way I can. (My e-mail address is still posted.) Now, if you really want justice, then how about Management slowly indicating a change in direction to what Bean referred to as Corel's "core competencies?" Now that Corel has said that they will proceed slower with the NC, and focus more on graphics and productivity software, Management has signaled a change to the only direction that can lead to profits in the near term, and sustaining cash in the longer term. If Corel can produce "earnings" now, then the share price will rise, and Dr. Cowpland can vindicate himself from the nagging "label" of the word "scandal." If the rise in the share price is large enough through this re-focusing, the need for "justice" will become moot. The article Eveline posted earlier tonight indicated that Corel's strategy to go after both the retail and corporate markets could be risky. WRONG! It's the only strategy that makes sense, and I applaud Dr. Cowpland for this move. The goal of staking out a reasonable piece of the overall Suite Pie is scrumptuously "Perfect." The direction is correct. It will lead to earnings. The only thing left for us "little guys" (if you care for us as you said in your post) is to learn the strategy for the journey along the way, and determine if it will lead to the "enough" earnings. Vanni, you would serve yourself the best by contacting the government entities having jurisdiction, file your complaint, and get this "suit thing" off your chest. You'll feel better, we'll feel better, and maybe Management can FOCUS on the important task at hand--SALES. $25 U.S. by Halloween? If it did happen, would that be "justice" enough for you? Scott
