The main problem with protecting IP is doing the inventing in the first place. Any joker can file for anything and make a big deal about it with the investing saps they wish to fleece to support their high living lifestyle. The problem being that ACTUALLY getting the patent REQUIRES the presence of inventive ingenuity! I see none from JBII - even a 170 IQ is no guarantee of success. It MUST not have existed before!! JBII got the 'secret' catalyst from an archive (patent, I believe) so it existed before - no patent possible. The equipment? They bought it from Asian sources. No invention by JBII in that. Their adapting of it? Maybe, but it's probably all expected skill in this art - this plastic to oil stuff is quite well developed by MANY others - mostly Asians and Europeans!!

So - I wait to be surprised!! I expect NOTHING!

Except SUBPENNY, real soon.

Did he know the "secret" catalyst formula?

"Can someone confirm whether the COO Jacob Smith is still working for JBI? If not I guarantee you this would require and 8K! ..."
