"How will you win the next election?" Ah - now that is a quality question in wave of unreality. First, we need a candidate who can articulate our positions and stand toe to toe with Obama in a debate. We need a candidate who will go into the inner city and tell blacks and other minorities that the Democrats are screwing them into a life time of poverty. Second, we need a candidate who can demonstrate that they have walked the walk. This cannot be a guy like Romney who has left a financial disaster in Massachusetts. Third, we need a candidate with some gravitas to demand respect by their record. Now who is that? Frankly I do not know. Newt can do one and two but he is damaged goods. I need to know more about Mitch Daniels and Pawlenty. Perhaps John Thune - but I need to know more about him. To me Obama is an idiot - and an articulate person could take him apart in a debate. Show me a person who can do that with a track record of achievement - and that is our person. Bob
