This may be a crazy idea but....... All this talk of calling IR at Cymer or e-mailing them etc leads me to the following thoughts; For arguments sake lets say 1% of the company =300,000 publicly traded shares. on this thread if the average investor owns 2000 shares a group of 150 of us constitutes 1% of the company. Individually we get the song and dance routine when we ring up Cymer. My thoughts are this: I will be in So Cal for the week of thanksgiving. With proper notice to the company, and that week being a slow week business wise, Maybe Dr. Atkins would entertain an hour of his time with a representative of 1% ownership in Cymer. It dosen't have to be me, but by profession I am an executive recruiter in the high-tech field (hence the moniker TechHunter) and regularly meet with and conduct business with "CIO CFO CEO' type people. We could prepare a list of questions to ask etc. they might take this seriously, and, as I live in Connecticut, might also take seriously a investor traveling 3300 miles to have an hour of Dr Atkins time. please give feedback!
