Had Reagan and Bush not played to their base............you cheapskates who don't want to pay taxes at all..............we would not have the deficts we have now. Reagan and Bush were the two worst presidents of the last 100 years. You people....the same people who kissed the Brits asses before the revolution......are the worst thing to happen to this country.
