20% is not a winning formula.. Exactly correct. The candidate that wins is the one that attracts the most independent voters. Obama won because he convinced a majority of independents to vote for him. In 2010, in addition to Delaware, the GOP also ran a weak candidate in Nevada and allowed Harry Reid to return to the Senate when he should have easily been defeated in 2010. The key is to run strong candidates that can win general elections. That is how majorities are created.

Watch that video, Castle is a arrogant, elitist asshole. I don't want anyone in congress like that. It was WAY past his time to go, I don't care if he gave the GOP the 51 senate seat. He thought he was better than the rest of us, I'm never going to vote for a person like that. At least Odennell was down to earth. Was it William Buckley who said he rather have the first 1000 names in the phone book leading us than 1000 Harvard professors
