Kate:

"If Obama would bail out the autos, why wouldn't he "bail" out the insurers?" Because the insurance industry is not unionized, that's why.

We can soft pedal that a little-----the take over of General Motors was a Federal Government takeover orchestrated by Mr. Obama and his Czars as he called them .

Why should any business be taken over by the Federal Goernment? Isn't that confiscation and socialism and just one step away from communism.

What's being done with General Motors is not a communist takeover of an industry. One can still not approve, but that's the wrong label, imo.

It was a "Fascist" takeover. Fascism is when the State CONTROLS the means of production. Communism is when they OWN it.
