All of you have forgetten more about investing than I know, but even a simple person like myself can see no good in this...I find it most hurting as I have been loyal, this makes me re-think as Jim does.

I agree with prior posts on the quality of the deal but
still when all is said and done they hardly have any shares outstanding for the type of growth expected.

Give them a chance maybe there is a deal in the works.

That is the whole point of this investment, low cap, low number of shares outstanding. Diluting them for no clear reason at a price below the lowest market price of the year doesn't make sense to me. Something smells bad here.

Gerald, you wrote "Give them a chance maybe there is a deal in the works.

Yes! Give them a chance!

But they have GOT to wake up and realize that the owners of the company ... that's you and me ... are getting really irritated. We've patiently weathered the Fed's indecision on what to do about HDTV/DTV. We've patiently waited for the market to do its research on technology and how to actually implement the DTV in their individual cases. We've seen the company hire lots of new employees to gear up for sales and orders. We've now seen them lay off employees to conserve cash. We've seen the stock value struggle in the last many months. AND NOW we see the directors give a huge chunk of value, for an incredibly low price, a really sweet deal, to an investment company.

Mancuso and the directors had better be talking a little more to us than they have been about what is really going on.

If I were Mancuso or one of the directors, I would be very careful to address this serious issue to the rest of the shareholders, unless that is, they have given such a large share of Acrodyne to Scorpion that the shareholders can no longer vote the current board and president out of office!

I am mad. My wife and I have really been hoping for this thing to take off. Again, as I posted earlier, I feel thoroughly slapped in the face by Mancuso and the directors.
