Are we saying that one individual can establish several unique SSN's from various locations across the country, which is the case for Obama? giveusliberty1776.blogspot.com Further, it was my understanding that SSN's contained some significant numerical reference to residence. -- "The first three digits designating the geographical region in which the person was residing at the time he/she obtained a SS number.." Even so, it seems inconceivable that a SSN's would be issued without some proof of birth??? Albeit a Certificate of birth might be adequate in most cases; however, it is difficult to explain multiple number issuances for the same individual. I can't help wondering why, if SS is so slipshod, do illegals have a problem in that regard?
