"As part of the amending of the complaint, the court moved the trial date from September 12, 2011 to December 5, 2011."

It's been four years already since the suit was filed. Justice postponed is justice denied. Now the courts are pushing the case forward almost another year. The courts are solidly in the hands of Merrill and Goldman and they can continue postponing until the suit is finally dropped with a forced settlement that will favor Merill and Goldman. This case proves once more that the SEC is simply a tool of the Merrills/Goldmans entities. Why shouldn't the SEC be prosecuting this case? Overstock pays their taxes to fund the SEC and then has t use their own money to do SEC's work.
