Actually, we don't know how they will vote. We can't simply rely on "being liberal" as the mark of how they will vote on this issue.

If the constitution is no longer a viable document, there is no need for a Supreme Court.

John, this is not a popularity contest. I am confident the justices will vote the law.

It's a very simple concept for them. Non-activity is not Commerce. (If it is, we have bigger issues than Obamacare. For one, there would be nothing stopping congress from mandating every citizen buy a Volt on Earth Day. This point will be made clear to them by the plaintiffs.)
