Doc:

Respect your opinion but feel many here are getting very short-sighted. There's also an undercurrent from the effect of lower stock prices with many Y2 stocks.

Topro is a company, if most of us are right, that will be experiencing exponential growth with a limited window of opportunity.

I view the alliances as pieces of the puzzle being put into place while also validating the TPRO solution. Sure, we'd all like contracts with dollar signs, but it's highly unlikely that dollar signs can be attached to anything just yet. Also, there's NDA and publicity issues.

At this stage of development, one million shares, or about a 4% dilution is a small price to pay for the added liquidity.

Has the story here really changed? To me, it has. A couple of months ago we had questions about the product, specifically the CD. Now, we have clear evidence it's a valuable tool. I'm never reluctant to second guess management, but in this case, I think they're right on track.

This is no ZITL!

Stu

Dear Doc: Unfortunately, I agree with you. I also own PTUS and was excited when THEY allied with Answerthink. So far I have not seen anything come of it, and I would think PTUS would have more to gain than TPRO since to my knowledge answerthink has concentrated on the IS side up till now. JDN

DocStone,

< Keep in mind that Zitel and Matridigm are a part of this group...and ZItel didn't not report dime one from y2k.>

WRONG about Zitel. It is NOT a part of this group. Only Matridigm. BIG difference.

Everyone's who's been around for a while, knows how I felt and feel about Zitel since I first heard its name mentioned last year. I stayed away for ZITL from day one!

ROB L: TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!

<I did not buy this stock because of announcements like this and I'm sure many other of you did not either. I bought it because these types of announcements play into a bigger picture of what the company is trying to accomplish and what it is all about. I think many of you are getting too hyped up and expecting way too much in the short run.>
