If I tell you to rob a bank, and you do it you shouldnt be tried? If I tell you to exaggarate your income, debt burden, place of employment and sign right here that you attest to it and get it notorized........your one in 50 is bogus, those fraudsters ALL of them knew they were lying. They just thought it was ok. We are NOT talking about the non fraud, loss thier jobs, health probelms etc where the info was correct for the time they did the app. Thats just business. Geeesh what is wrong with punishing all of these people. Oh yeah you want to pick and choose to make it "fair".
