Obesity and credit card debt are closely related. Both are indicative of lack of self-control and shortage of VVV. Blaming the creditors and food suppliers is missing the mark.

Plenty of people in the USA do have VVV. They don't have a ton of lard and a load of debt.

It's nothing to do with law. <VVV ... Not in America anymore, loan sharking is legal. > VVV are not produced by lawyers, courts, and politicians. People do it themselves. It's DIY.

That goes to show that some consumers maniacally crave a credit card so they can tune out spending concerns, even though the card they are using will double the cost of everything they ever buy. It's like the mental disease some older people have: an irrational fear they'll die without having spent every possible cent they could.

Delayed gratification: is it against the law in some states??
