Don't buy COMS yet! According to my chart the company will be paying investors to take these shares by the end of the month.

(sorry for the black humor...I am among the suffering...not poking fun from the outside)

let me get it..lets put all the technology aside...lets put all the numbers aside...this stock is at this current levels becuase Eric B. is an A hole....this is a varibale I have never used before to calculate a stock value but you learn a new thing everyday...
going after cisco..( the way to put it) was not a mistake..is not a mistake and will not be a mistake...does the term IP switching mean anything to you...do you realize that if you have nothing but IP ..routers do not make sense anymore...Ip tag switching is the term and it is here...cisco knows it ..looks at their products lines and wthat they are doing with their R&D money...coms is in the best position compare to anyone else to hurt cisco big time in the next 2 years..
what you see today is nothing more than manupilation/Asia and 56k issues...Bay had severe product and manufacturing issues along with direction in terms to technology not to mention a missing VAR distribution channel...

What is your deal? You are not making any sense whatsoever. It cracks me up when people jump on the bandwagon, either in a bullish or bearish sense?

Normally just a reader....

When Bay Networks was down it had losses in one quarter and no earnings in two more quarters. That shure brought the Bay PE down. But its price sales ratio at that time was about where 3Coms price sales ratio is now. And as far as I know 3Com is still a profitable company with pretty good expected earnings growth for the next few years. Therefore 3Coms shares now should be a better buy then Bay shares at their low where.
