James, the market reacted to fast in pushing INTC to $105 back in August. It only made sense that a steep rise could not be "tolerated" by the markets for to long.

I am looking for volatility in INTC stock as well as the market in general as the turmoil in Asia unfolds. We do not yet know the true impact of the stock market meltdown in Asia and how it will affect world wide sales of commodities, products etc...
If the markets there rebound back to their highs(unlikely) within three months, we may be able to conclude that this meltdown was nothing more than a correction BUT if they remain this low for six months or longer, I believe that other countries around the world will eventually be affected by the low confidence in Asia which in turn will affect the N. American markets.

I expect INTC to trade within a $15 - $20 range for some time to come and until things clear up. INTC market cap. at $125 billion is more reasonable given that an outfit like MCI was bought out for $31 billion recently.
