Let's do some math here:

Clik! $10 for 40MB plus $150 for the drive = $160 total.

60MB CompactFlash about $240 - no drive required.

Savings = $80 if go with Clik.

One 60MB CompactFlash can store 300 high resolution pictures, so I don't need to buy more than one. I can go out and take pictures and go home and unload it onto my hard drive or Zip.

Which storage media would you choose? I choose flash.

P.S. I have a 8mm camcorder and I always transfer the content of my 8mm tapes onto VHS tapes for watching for fear of burning the motor in my 8mm camcorder. The cost of fixing the camcorder will outweight the cost of buying a new one. My point is mechanical device is not desirable.
