The mainstream would be surprised how many people use bankruptcy as a scheme every 10 years so. Be even more surprised how many of them are Democrat representatives, like the one who bought the houses, took the equity out and walked away.

There are forms of bankruptcy in which they can be forced to pay back a portion or all that they owe. Time to close the gap some and make everyone pay at least a portion.

Just don't take away the food stamp credit cards used in Casinos, and don't mess with the Hummers/ Lexus/Mercedes, or the fur coats in the shopping malls.

I don't want these people to starve to death or get taken advantage of.
