Rap, the 6P is monochrome black and only prints. I'm a devotee of the KISS principle - Keep it simple stupid! Over the past decade and a half, I would have liked to have a scanner or fax capability less than a dozen times. I don't think I've ever had a paper jam. I've never missed colour capability. Toner cartridges cost me about $100 to $120 depending upon whether or not there's a sale when I need one. It doesn't hurt to have a "free" copier/fax in my building manager's office. :) Ian
