I thought the best part is requiring the illegal African Muslim appointees to ACTUALLY recuse in the second conference. Scalia was clear, all you need is 4 votes to get a hearing. Scalia likes giving hints like this on how to win and get heard. He is very crafty in his opinions as well. Sotomayer and Kagen will ge GONE too. If Barry is tossed who is President. Well Biden would temporarily be President until they can figure out based on the election who was actually eligible in descending order of electoral votes AFTER the fraud ticket is tossed. If McCain can show he is eligible, he is then IT, POTUS. If he can't, then it's Ralph Nader for the Green Party. That is how it works.
