In any case, I don't have a problem with any of the systems you mentioned. The more the merrier as it ends up being better for the consumer. But I do have a problem with closed systems and their greed and fascism. The future belongs to open systems like Linux and Android and others like it. So others are welcome to join the open source camp.

Actually, I find that thought somewhat reassuring, because the best way to sell more ads is to promote internet traffic and better content. In that sense, our interests are aligned, aren't they? That's google's incentive for building out the best-in-class email, maps, online document editting, etc. These things are tremendously useful to me, personally.
