And CERTAINLY NOT public employee unions who run roughshod over the taxpayers with absolutely no accountability.

What they have promised is unsustainable over the long-term. However, some retirees are really cleaning up now -- and living high on the hog after just a few years of "public service."

GZ, we have never ever needed unions in any form. they were counter productive from the very first one.

free market capitalism, if left alone, would provide a thriving economy that would produce so many jobs that there would be competition for workers. to compete, companies would have to pay and treat their workers well. if not, the workers would simply move on to better jobs.

today, through socialist polices, we have more competition for JOBS, because of a weak economy. so workers can be paid and treated poorly by employers. the socialists have brought this on all by themselves.

you were correct in an earlier post when you said that 'unions are communistic'. that's exactly what they are. they ruin businesses and therefore economies.
