Tech,

I think you might be surprised how easy it will be to get the meeting. Just explain that you represent some owners on SI, and that we are probably the most loyal of any investors in the company. Also, I don't think you need to spend an hour with him. Probably half an hour will do, and if it goes long, I'm sure he will finish answering your questions. I think these guys are pretty regular types. Remember 10 years ago they were finishing school thinking about opening a Wendy's. Also, if his schedule won't allow a face to face meeting(doubtful, unless hes out of town) set up a phone interview. I once emailed the CEO and Chairman of Sunglass Hut, and he personally called me at home one morning and spent as much time as I could think of questions off the top of my head-he was in no rush to get me off the line. I think Akins will probably be similar. Good luck.

Steve

sorry guys...

I only speak for 150 shares at the moment. Three days ago, 250. "When you're getting your head beaten to a pulp, get it out of the mixer." I think the Cymer situation is just ducky, but of course the CYMI situation is, well, "of some concern." If George Soros has the capitalization to bring the British Pound a drubbing, a little company with a sub one billion market cap is just toast if these sorts of people think they just make UV bulbs, etc. Considering dumping the rest, and looking to get them too back cheaper. I *will* be in this long term, but at the least I won't buy my other 100 back till I'm pretty sure the bottom is behind us. The high volume seems to suggest a climax bottom might be near. Any TA types are welcome to share their thoughts.

If I had a ton of cash, I'd be standing on the sidelines licking my chops, just itching to buy shares and calls at these prices.

But I'm all for a share buyback, all 150 shares worth.

Bruce Tiemann

I only have 150 shares...but I do intend to buy more on this weakness...don't know if you want to add such a pitiful amount to your total...but it's up to you.

Count me in for 22,000 shares. Plan to add more once the free fall stabilizes. The only postscript that I would add is that any proposal to buy back shares should be carefully considered by management. I agree with some earlier posts that it is important for a young company such as this to stay fluid with large capital reserves.

Cymer Stock Buyback Requested by Internet Investors!

I think it is possible that a properly worded press release such as the above may be accepted by Yahoo for publications over its internet news service.

Does anyone have any advice as to how we can maximixe the PR benefits of TechHunter's visit to SD to meet the A Team and request a buyback? Even if the A Team doesn't say yes or no right away, just getting something like the above title on the internet would have a BIG effect.

Please keep supporting TechHunter!

Gogogo TechHunter!

All,

I hate to do this, but could someone help me out? I have been on vacation for 10 days, only to return to over 1700 new posts, and can't possibly reread all of them. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could VERY briefly (for your sakes) summarize any significant events that have occurred over this time (I am, of course aware of the most obvious one, that CYMI has taken a giant s*!&t).

Also, what is all this talk about share tally? It appears that someone is trying to gather support for a meeting with mgt. Point me to the original proposing post, as I am long 1000 shares and may be able to assist in a small way.

Thanks,
Jim L

TechHunter,

I've been away from the thread for a few days and haven't had a chance chance to see what people are up to, other than taking a tally. Can you fill me in, or point me to a defining post? In any case, I have 1000 sh. at 27 avg. and another 300 at 22.
