Zebra (how'd you get that name, anyway?),

<The 4% dilution is a downer, but right now that means the average price of your $6 shares should take a 1/4 point hit. TPRO down 5/16 today, OK, .......ouch, now get on with the show.>

Thank you for making this very valid point. All emotions aside, your post is the logical bottom line. No need to sweat and hypothesize.
We all should sit back, chill a little, practice patience and remember why we bought TPRO in the first place. This company has kept their commitments, has done everything above-board, and is going to do marvelous things as the days progress. I'm already planning to build that new villa next year! :>)

Zebra... I'm going to go with .02 loss. I look for the stock to sell off on this news and then rebound next week. Did you see DDIM got a $23mill contract and struggled all day to stay up on the day. Three weeks ago this stock would have been up $4. Small cap stocks trading very poorly at the moment.

About AnswerThink: These guys are new kids on the block, but appear to be very good. Can you say KPMG Peat-Marwick? Here are snippets from a recent article about AT:

"They may be launching a new consulting and systems integration company, but the founders of AnswerThink Consulting Group have been around the block a few times.

The three founders--Ted Fernandez, Allan Frank and Ulysses Knotts--were managing partners with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Fernandez acted as the managing partner of KPMG's Strategic Services Consulting division, and Frank was its chief technology officer, national partner in charge of enabling technologies and a board member.

Knotts was the national partner in charge of Enterprise Integration Services and sales and marketing. Prior to KPMG, Knotts was in charge of IBM Corp.'s Florida-based consulting and systems integration business."

These guys are big-time. For the entire article, see
