David, I just got off of the phone with World Vision I re-verified the apx. 20 million total shares and the apx. 7 million float. These figures HAVE NOT changed.

I believe the float was around 2 million and increased to 7 million with the 504k financing.

I was told in my last conversation with the company that no additional funding was being done at this time. And in my conversation with Alexander Wescott a couple of days ago, I was told that the 504K was completed.

David, I also spoke with Alexander Wescott today and they said that since they are the investment banker for FAMH, any additional funding would be processed through them. And they were not aware of any going on at this time. This confirmed what I was told by the company.

Alexander Wescott stated that the outstanding shares had not increased from the stated 20 Million.

I do know that I heard yesterday, that someone wanted to buy about 2 million shares. I saw a number of larger buys go through today. There were two at 300,000, one at 150,000 and I believe another 250,000. Those trades along with the 1,000,000 share trade could account for the 2 million. But I can't tell for sure if the 1M trade was a cross trade or a buy.

Hi all,
I've been following the thread for the past month or so.

Alex. Wescott called me today. Their explanation for the lack of price movement is that the majority of the large fund buys (two funds I understand) over the last two days were covered by the remainder of their 504K shares, so the 7M float is entirely in the market and in play at this point. This is good news.
