The logical thing to do is for the federal government to allow the states to determine their own respective marijuana policies.

I don't think it should be legal. Instead make it a $150 fine to get caught with it. This way liberals have to pay for themselves. I just made up the number. Maybe it should be $300. This way the State doesn't have to pay for jail and the liberals have to pay for their own way for once. For those caught with a large quantity, put a max in there at $100K
