Why not make pot legal? Booze and cigarettes are far more harmful, if not equally harmful, people should be able to decide for themselves what to do with their own bodies and not have the government telling them... why not make the McDonald's hamburger illegal? It's certainly not healthy to eat... let's make bathtubs illegal, many people slip and fall and die from those falls every year, and so on... this kind of logic is what the liberal nanny State thrives on...
