Someone asked about the additional $3M -

There are no revenue "targets" or "hurdles" that need to be met in order to get it.

I haven't yet listened to the conference call but it looks to me that while they received the $5 mil before the earnings announcment, it was after the Sept. 30 end of the quarter. Therefore it would not be reflected in the balance sheet.

What is reflected in the balance sheet is that nearly 80% of the quarters revenues had not been paid by the end of the quarter.
<edit> In the June quarter the number was a more normal 50%
