Since JBI Inc failed to disclose the Kaplanis lawsuit in any SEC filing there may not be a Form 8-K to announce the settlement. I'm sure the SEC has noticed noticed the initial omission The Stooges prefer to pretend that all is well in Bordynuikland.

When a defendant decides to settle with you instead of taking the evidence in front of a judge (and the public), that's what happens. At least we have new questions to argue about! YAY!
