Assuming the market has "some room to run", the hi-beta small-cap tech stocks would be best. That is, the ones that have gained the most since the March 2009 bottom will continue to outperform. Some names would be KLIC, ARMH, VECO, AIXG.

I'm wondering why you would want to get back in now. These stocks have been going up for 2 years, and you know they can't go up forever. There are a list of unresolved macro issues with Black Swan potential.

disclosure: I am short KLIC, my only current semi position. I think the potential upside for the SOX in this bull market is 550 (previous triple top), and the potential downside in the next bear market could take out the 2008 lows (168). That's about a 100 points upside vs. 300 points downside potential, from where we are now. My buy-list is for when prices are much, much lower; and when sentiment is much, much less bullish than today.
