Mark Levin says that Judge Vinson has "trumped" the Obama administration: he has forced them to expedite the case when they were trying to drag their heels. Judge Vinson was pissed at being ignored. Now Obama he has only seven days to either stop enacting Obamacare or file an expedited appeal to either the 11th Circuit Court or the Supreme Court. Just the opposite of the result he wanted.
